Alisha Singh | The dancing superstar from Ranchi, ruling the Bollywood

“Ranchi ki Rajkumari” as lovingly called by Mithun Chakraborty, Alisha Singh was born and brought up in Jharkhand’s capital, Ranchi. She rose into the limelight with her participation in Zee TV’s dancing reality show, ‘Dance India Dance-Season 1‘.

Her love and passion for dance are not unknown to anyone. She participated and won Boogie Woogie, four times. She later appeared in the dance-based show ‘Dil, Dosti, Dance‘, popularly known as ‘D3‘, and won the hearts of the youngsters with her character as Neha. She has also appeared as a choreographer on another celebrity dance-based reality show ‘Jhalak Dikha Jaa‘.

Alisha, is an expert in freestyle, jazz, hip hop, Bollywood, etc. She assists the famous choreographer duo Bosco-Caesar. She has choreographed Bollywood numbers, which feature your favorite stars like Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan. She has choreographed the title track of the third series of Dhoom, which is picturized on Katrina Kaif. Another famous song choreographed by her is picturized on yet another star, Salman Khan, and the song goes like ‘Baby ko bass pasand hai…‘.

Alisha has become a prominent choreographer of the industry now and there’s no doubt she is going to excel all the more in the coming future. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
